I created the Simple Health Test™ Method because I know how much it matters to feel sure when someone is depending on your guidance.
My journey into wellness began with my mother’s health challenges. I saw how confusing it can become when someone has tried many “right” things and still does not know what their body needs.
That experience shaped more than 40 years of work in wellness, clinical nutrition, herbalism, hypnotherapy, touch healing, and a variety of energy practices.
